Welcome to the Cheshire Railway Modellers website. The club is based in Cheshire but membership applications are welcomed from anyone interested in model railways, beginner to expert, near and far. Members from further afield may possibly not benefit from our local exhibition list but can add any shows taking place in their area if they wish. Membership of our club is free and obtained by registration on our forum.

Cheshire Railway Modellers, as an on-line model railway club, is not intended to be a replacement for membership of a conventional model club but is a compliment to such membership. We aim to share ideas and advice just as a conventional club would, but we are not confined to certain nights of the week for meetings - the internet is always open!

Some of the pages listed have several sub-pages, for more details please refer to the site map. This is a large website with many pages, some of which are updated on a monthly basis, and our forum is in frequent use so please bookmark our site and visit us again.

Cheshire Railway Modellers is a non-commercial organisation. We do not accept paid advertising on this website, adverts in the side bar to the right of each page and elsewhere on the site are placed free of charge and relate only to model railway events and traders recommended by our membership.

Our forum normally displays without adverts to members only but, from time to time, the ad-free status is extended to guests. Commercial advertising on the forum is beyond the control of CRM and the presence of an advert (placed by Google) is not indicative of CRM's support for that product or service.

If you prefer reading the notice boards without the advertising please register for membership so that you can enjoy browsing without adverts all the time.
